I’ve found the following songs, movies, and video clips to be helpful in bringing some calm, safety, understanding, or a feeling that I am not alone in what I am feeling because other people feel it too (or don’t feel it!). Some have helped me to actively process current or past emotions that were surfacing.  Some have helped uncover another layer to my own story. They have carried me through some very difficult years. Enjoy!

What songs, movies, or clips help you to access emotions?  What helps you to feel the feels? To bring the energy up towards the surface?  If you have any favorites, drop me an email at evan@mountainandmeadowhealth.com.

The Chosen Series is by far the most emotional set of videos I have ever seen, touching on a huge range of emotions. Watch them from the beginning if you ever get the chance and see what arises for you.

The Little House on The Prairie series actually has a lot of deep emotional content as well. Even if it is old, don’t be afraid to check it out!
