These nutritional principles are things I have learned to be helpful for myself, based on over 15 years of trial and error and working with many different nutritional groups, protocols, diets, and a few “professionals.”

These are intended to be a higher-up, overview look at things. Hopefully, more specific details, including links, studies, and citations will be brought in to later zoomed-in articles with more practical tips.

There is a ton of stuff for me to get out and organized first, and to get a better structure for how to present it later. This will take a while. I encourage you to research anything that is presented here in more depth as you are able and curious. Have fun!
