Note: This is an informational and Q+A workshop only. Due to the nature of the work, participants will not be tremoring themselves.
Join Evan Ritter, owner of Mountain and Meadow Health, for an introduction to TRE, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises. During this 45-60 minute workshop, participants will learn an overview of what TRE is, who it helps and how, as well as a demonstration of TRE in action with the opportunity to ask questions and learn more.

Cost: $50 per person, per session, Minimum of 3 sessions Recommended
Duration: Each session is between 1.5-2 hours long
Note: All Interested are Required to fill out an intake form and schedule a 20-30 minute video call to make sure TRE is a good and safe fit before joining
Join Evan Ritter, owner of Mountain and Meadow Health, for a four part workshop to learn how to utilize TRE Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises. In a small group setting, the series includes the opportunity to learn more about the nervous system, practice and implement TRE exercises and find healing support in community. The workshop will include some polyvagal theory and education, somatic movement, possibly some breath practices, and a Polyvagal Workbook to continue your nervous system education at home.

In session 1, we will learn some TRE history and background education, the full set of TRE exercises, plenty of time to tremor, and Q+A time. In session 2, we will learn some basic polyvagal theory and then practice TRE again. In Sessions 3 and 4, we will explore some somatic, or slow focused, movement, and possibly some simple breathing patterns before tremoring again. I will provide a Polyvagal Workbook for you to continue learning about and understanding your nervous system. You will also receive a link to the 7 TRE exercises on video to refer back to for your own practice.
Cancellations: If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason and the new time/s do not work for you then I will refund any remaining money to you in full. If a group member needs to cancel and this is done 7 or more days before the session, then I may give the group member a partial refund at my discretion. There are no refunds to a group member who cancels less than 7 days prior to the start of any group session.
