What Does a Support Call Look Like and what is included?

Emotional Support Calls

This is a bit in the experimental phase as of September 2025. Sometimes we need a bit more support in between the main sessions. We can create this space so that it works for you. Most likely we will be using the app Voxer for audio and texts, and Zoom for video.

This could look like a variety of things. Typically, calls would include some regulation and embodiment practices.

  • What is happening for you this day? This week?
  • How is your nervous system doing?
  • What is triggering you?
  • What emotions are involved?
  • What is new and good in your life?
  • What are you grateful for?
  • What positive changes do you see happening in your life?

Sometimes we just need to talk. Sometimes we just need to vent. And sometimes we just need to know that someone is there supporting us and that we are not alone.

Consult Calls

You may have questions you want help finding answers to regarding trauma, health, resources, practitioners, support groups, troubleshooting, etc. I have a variety of communities I am involved in and references I have access to. So if I do not know the answer, I can probably find out or point you in the right direction.
