There is most likely not just ONE person, practitioner, therapist, guru, guide, coach, nutritionist, or group that is going to help to support you fully to where you want to go.

We are complicated individuals, living in a complicated world, needing a variety of people to help us and support us across many different levels and layers.

We may find someone supports us for awhile, but we reach a limit and a plateau with them. We might find it best to part ways and continue our journey with another guide to get to the next level. If we stay rigidly fixed on just one person or group, then we may miss out on further growth and expansion that could be possible. Also, if that “one person” is missing important things, then we can cause ourselves a lot of damage by continuing to follow him.

So is one “expert” going to “save” you? Probably not.

Keep this in mind and proceed with caution when a practitioner says things like:

  • “I’m doing something here that nobody else understands and nobody else is doing.”
  • “Let me fix you.”
  • “I’m the leading expert in …”
  • “Everything you need is right here with my system.”
  • “My products are proprietary, exclusive, or secret.”

Be careful when someone acts:

  • With arrogance or cockiness
  • By always pushing more supplements or products
  • By cherry picking information to fit his views/Minimizing or refusing to acknowledge negative results or reviews of his services
  • By focusing on either just a close-up and detailed view, or just a broad view, while ignoring the other view
  • With a lack of transparency and honesty (TRUTH)
  • With a lack of kindness and concern (LOVE)
