This book combines beautiful photography of a national park, together with contemplative text to help you to explore your own body, mind, and spirit.  I’ve found it to be a helpful resource for healing, and gain new insights every time I return to read through it another time.

The hardcover book is worth over $10 and less than $100. It has more than 100 pages and less than 1000. 😃 Some things are more fun as a surprise and not being able to search for it ahead of time! The book will be revealed at the end of the giveaway.

Please do not just grab random people who do not care about this work, just so you can get a free book. Show some integrity! LOL. The intention is for the newly referred subscribers to be genuinely interested in somatics, trauma, the nervous system, or the body, for themselves or someone close to them.

Recommended goal of at least 3 new subscribers from each participant
