These classes are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. I have been informed that these regulation classes are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis and that I should consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns before proceeding. Results may vary between individuals. There are no guarantees, expressed, or implied.

I understand that during the regulation classes, Evan Ritter of Mountain and Meadow Health, LLC is sharing what he has learned from various healing modalities, programs, courses, etc. He is not affiliated with any particular program except his own company, Mountain and Meadow Health,LLC and TRE,LLC.

I understand that it is my personal responsibility to go at a pace that is best for me and my body while practicing any of the regulation tools in the regulation classes. Any activity or practice can have some risk involved. By participating in this session, I agree that I am volunteering to take part in the practice at my own risk.

I understand the nature of this regulation class and its purpose. I, hereby, voluntarily consent to participate in this regulation class. I release Evan Ritter, Mountain and Meadow Health,LLC, TRE,LLC and Dr. David Berceli from any legal, financial, and medical liability that may be incurred.
